Biography
Dr. Jennice Vilhauer, is a psychologist in Los Angeles, the developer of Future Directed Therapy (FDT), and author of the book Think Forward to Thrive.
She has held numerous leadership roles as the director of the Outpatient Psychotherapy Programs at Emory Healthcare in Atlanta, GA, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and as a managing consultant at Korn Ferry International.
She is a featured expert for the magazine Psychology Today and she has over 2 decades of experience helping clients recover from depression and regain their emotional well-being.
Dr. Vilhauer received her undergraduate degree in psychology at UCLA and her doctorate degree at Fordham University in New York City, and she completed her postdoctoral training in clinical research at Columbia University.
