New Client Consultation
(Please read carefully)
Therapy and coaching are not one size fits all. For the work to be successful there needs to be a good fit between the client and the provider. The best way to find a psychologist who can address you specific needs is to have an initial consultation session where you can talk bout your concerns and the psychologist can evaluate whether they have the training and skills to help with your specific issue.
If you would like to work with me, please click on the scheduling button at the bottom of this page and schedule a consultation time. All consultations and sessions are conducted online using VSEE a HIPPA compliant video platform.
If you are employed at a company with LYRA Health as a benefit, please schedule directly through their website.
Please note that you will be asked to provide your credit card information to hold the consultation time. If you change your mind and decide not to keep the consultation, you simply need to send an email via the contact page or cancel the appointment through the patient portal 24 hours before the consultation. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
There is no cost for the first 15 minute consultation. However, if you have a complex history, you have the option of scheduling a longer consultation at the standard therapy hour rate. To do this please send a message via the contact page.
The standard rate for a 60-minute therapy session is $325 per session and 45 minute sessions are $275. While I do not accept insurance directly, some portion of your sessions may be covered by your health insurance plan. Many patients I work with receive direct reimbursement from their insurance company. If you do not wish to submit your sessions for reimbursement with your insurance company, then you have a right to a good faith estimate.

Please note, I do not schedule appointments more than 2 weeks in advance. If you do not see a time slot that is convenient for you please check back the following week or send an email via the contact page to request an alternate time.
