About Me

I speciailize in helping professionals with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship issues, develop the mindset and skills they need to transform their lives. I spent 10 years at Emory Healthcare and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center developing a psychotherapy method known as Future-Directed Therapy that specifically identifies self-limiting beliefs people have about their futures and teaches strategies based on psychological science for how to overcome them. As a result of framing therapy through the lens of a better future, people find it highly motivating to change thier lives in ways that have been awe-inspiring.

REGAIN YOUR HOPE

Even successful smart people have difficulty creating true change in their lives because they have very little understanding of how to create new experiences, and they are trapped in default mode often recreating the past without even realizing it.

I specialize in utilizing well researched methods of cognitive therapy to help my patients identify the blindspots in their thinking and behavior so they can break out of the patterns that aren’t working, and instead do something more effective.

When you have the tools and skills you need, moving forward doesn’t seem so difficult.

IF YOU’RE MOTIVATED BY WHAT YOU WANT CHANGE IS POSSIBLE
